Colds and flu oil ~
If your suffering from either of these the best place to be is in bed, but thats no always possible, so the following might help you get through the day, make this up and sore in a dropper bottle, when needed, drop a few drops onto a tissue and inhale at regular intervals~
4 drops of lavender oil ~
2 drops of cinnamon oil ~
2 drops of eucalyptus oil ~
2 drops of jasmine oil ~
2 drops of cypress oil ~
i drop of ginger oil ~
